Broad Peak, considered as easiest 8000m peak to climb in Pakistan mountain in the world at 8,051m meters, is located in the Karakoram Range in Northeastern Pakistan. The mountain is located along the western Baltoro glacier between K2 and Gasherbrum IV. The first ascent of Broad Peak, in Pakistan's Karakoram mountains, was achieved by a small Austrian expedition in 1957. Broad Peak is the twelfth highest mountain in the world and was the eleventh of world's 14 "eight thousanders".

The Broad Peak expedition starts with your arrival in Islamabad. We will take care of your comfort and safety throughout your time with us. The ideal climbing season for Broad Peak starts in June and ends in August.

Includes

2 nights hotel at 4-star Hotel in Islamabad on bed & breakfast Basis- Sharing Twin Bed Room.

3. Welcome Dinner

One Welcome Dinner in a tourist standard restaurant in Islamabad with Expedition Staffs.

4. Cargo Clearance

International Air cargo clearance of Member Personal Luggage & Payment of Government taxes in Pakistan. **before the expedition.

5. Permit

Expedition Royalty and permit of Pakistan Government to climb mount Broad Peak.

10. Member transportation

- Domestic Flight: Flight for all members from Islamabad to Skardu and Skardu to Islamabad with one Guide, as per Itinerary. - Land Transportation (Members): Drive by Jeep Skardu to Askole and on returning Askole to Skardu. - Land Transportation (Staffs) : Islamabad to Askole via Skardu (by bus / jeep) for All Climbing Sherpas and Expeditions Staff. (At Skardu all members and staffs will meet each other).

11. Expedition Stuffs Transportation

Necessary all equipment Transportation for all Members and Staffs from Kathmandu to Pakistan by air cargo - Islamabad to Askole by bus / Jeep and to basecamp by Porters / Mule. While Returning: Basecamp to Askole by porters / Mule and Askole to Islamabad by bus / jeep.

12. Member Luggage

Up to 70 Kg per member for personal baggage during the trek carrying by porters.

13. Food and Lodging

3 meals a day (BLD; including tea and coffee) along with accessible accommodation at Hotel/Lodge/Camp during the trek and at Basecamp. Well-managed base camp set up for members & Staffs.

14. Camping Equipment

All Necessary equipment for Camping during the trek.

15. Porter

Porters per member up to Base camp from Askole & Porters while returning from Basecamp to Askole.

16. Staff Salary and allowance

All Nepalese / Pakistani staff & porter’s daily wages, salary, equipment, foods & clothing.

17. Base Camp Tent

Each member will have an individual Yak Mountain or Kailas tent in Base Camp.

18. Base Camp equipment

At Base camp: foam mattresses and pillow per member, 1 Dinning Tent, 1 Kitchen Tent, 1 Communication tent, 1 Toilet & 1 Shower Tent, 1 Staffs Tent, 1 Tent for Nepalese / Pakistani base camp staffs, Store tents, Tables & chairs & all necessary cooking gears.

19. Heater

Heater for base camp in each Dining and other necessary camps.

20. Solar/Generator/Light

1 Solar panel or Generator for battery charge and light at base camp for use.

21. High Altitude Climbing Sherpa

1 veteran and Government Licensed Nepalese Sherpa per member. (1 Member: 1 Sherpa).

22. Climbing Sherpa Salary & Allowance

Climbing Sherpa Salary, Equipment, Food and Clothing.

23. Oxygen Bottle (O2)

Summit Oxygen cylinder: 3 oxygen bottles (4 ltrs.) for each member and 2-oxygen bottles for each high-altitude Sherpa.

24. Oxygen Mask & Regulator

1 Set of Summit Oxygen mask & regulator for each member and high-altitude Sherpa, which has to be returned after expedition.

25. Backup Oxygen

Oxygen Cylinder, mask and regulator (with appropriate charge).

26. High camp service

High Altitude Tent, Necessary cooking EPI gas, cooking pot, High food for a member, Sherpa and other crews at (C1) (C2) (C3) and (C4). Group climbing gears, fixed and dynamic rope during the climbing period as required.

27. Rope Fixing Team

The team of experienced Sherpas will fix the route on Broad Peak (no extra charge will be applied to members).

28. Internet

Thuraya IP+ (Unlimited) Internet access Wi-Fi to all climbers on our expedition at base camp. (Payable Basis).

29. Satellite Phone

Satellite Phone for emergency communication carrying by Sherpa, also available for members with appropriate charge.

30. Walkie-Talkie

Walkie –Talkie for communicating from Base Camp to Mountain and Mountain to Base Camp.

31. Permit

Satellite Phone / walkie-talkie permit for all members and staff.

32. Weather Forecast

Weather forecast report from Meteotest, Bern (Switzerland) during the entire expedition.

33. Medical Kit

Comprehensive Medical kit for group and staff.

34. Certificate

Broad Peak climbing certificate issued by Pakistani Alpine Club (after climbing Mount Broad Peak successfully).

35. Insurance

Medical & Emergency rescue Insurance for all involved Expedition staffs during the trek and expedition.

International flight airfare (from and to Islamabad).

2. Pakistan entry Visa fee

Pakistani Visa fee.

3. Lunch & Dinner

Lunch & dinner during the stay in Islamabad & Skardu (also in case of early return from Trekking / Expedition than the scheduled itinerary).

4. Extra night in Islamabad & Skardu

Extra nights’ accommodation in Islamabad & Skardu. In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from Trekking / Expedition (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary.

5. Insurance

Travel and high-altitude insurance, accident, Helicopter medical & emergency evacuation. *Mandatory
