GASHERBRUM I

Mount Gasherbrum I, also known as Hidden Peak, stands at 8,080m and is located in the Karakoram Range on the Pakistan-China border. It is the 11th-highest peak in the world and is renowned for its remote and challenging terrain, including steep glaciers and technical climbing routes. First summited in 1958 by Pete Schoening, Andy Kauffman, and their team, Gasherbrum I presents significant challenges, with extreme altitude, harsh weather conditions, and the risk of avalanches. Its stunning beauty and rugged isolation attract experienced climbers seeking a truly demanding adventure.
