Dr. Behrouz Moghaddasi is a physician and expert in search and rescue (SAR), wilderness medicine, and high-altitude medicine. Originating from Iran, he founded the Iranian Search and Rescue teams (ISAR) and the White Mountain Training Institute. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Moghaddasi has served as a search and rescue instructor, first aid instructor, and trainer in survival, high-altitude medicine, wilderness medicine, and disaster management. He has been involved in training volunteers in disaster management across Nepal, including Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) programs
