Trekking or climbing in Nepal is a life changing experience! People travel from all over the world to experience the beauty and magic of the Himalayas. I have been fortunate enough to spend a lot of time in Nepal and also in the Himalayas. What makes or breaks these experiences for me is the expedition company I choose to collaborate, trek and climb with... it is probably the most important decision you need to make when planning your trip. Thankfully 14 Peaks Expeditions is far and few between. They are the best there is and the only company I will use in Nepal! Not only are they extremely organised and helpful in planning treks down to the most finite details but they care deeply about all their clients. Everyone within 14 Peaks is extremely friendly, always reachable and work tirelessly to make your experience in mountains of Nepal as safe as possible. You can also contact them easily during your trek with any concerns and questions you have, which is rare in Nepal. It is obvious that 14 Peaks Expeditions is not just an expedition company but a family that loves to share their love of Nepal and the Himalayas with people from all over the world. Aloha to the Tramps !!! I think you already know that on May 12th, as a part of the team @14peaksexpedition and @sevensummittreks I was fortunate enough to climb Makala, the fifth highest eight thousand climbers and the third in my mountain practice! Climbing Makalu, is a new stage for me and the beginning of the next step. During the expedition to the Black Giant summit, I decided I wanted to try to complete the 14x8 project. This will not be an attempt to set any record or to become the first Russian or the first of anyone else.

The mountain has given me many things, among these many friends, that on this trip I have been able to visit and greet some, among these people that the mountain has given me is Tashi Sherpa/tashi8848.86 Thank you, Tashi for your friendship!!
