The Everest Base Camp (EBC) Trek 2025 with 14 Peaks Expedition offers an unforgettable journey through the breathtaking landscapes of the Khumbu region. This 14-day adventure takes you to the foot of the world’s highest mountain, Mt. Everest (8,848.86m), while immersing you in the unique culture of the Sherpa people. Airport transfers to and from the hotel are included by tourist vehicle. Members will be transported to Lukla by helicopter, and on the return, from Ama Dablam Base Camp to Kathmandu, shared flights will be arranged. Personal baggage of up to 20 kg will be transported by porters or mules.
The package includes 4 nights at a 4-star hotel in Kathmandu, on a bed-and-breakfast plan in single rooms, offering comfort and convenience before and after the trek.
Three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) will be provided during the trek and at Base Camp. Fresh and hygienic food, including vegetables, meats, fruits, and drinks, will be regularly served. Individual tents at Base Camp ensure personal space and comfort.
The package includes expedition royalties and necessary permits, including national park entry and Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality permits. A Government Liaison Officer will be assigned, covering their salary, accommodation, and equipment.
Garbage management includes stool shipment transfer and a garbage deposit to ensure the environment is kept clean during the expedition.
Each member has a box tent at Base Camp. Facilities include dining, kitchen, communication, toilet, and shower tents, along with foam mattresses and necessary camping equipment. High-altitude tents will be provided at higher camps.
Backup oxygen, masks, and regulators are available at Base Camp in case of emergency.Heaters will be provided in the dining and other essential tents. Solar panels and a generator will ensure power for lights and electronics.
Members will receive training in oxygen use, ice wall climbing, and ladder techniques at Base Camp, conducted by a professional guide. Sherpas will assist in route fixing in Lobuche and Ama Dablam.
Each member will be assigned a licensed climbing Sherpa to support the climb from Base Camp to summit and back. Sherpas will help carry gear to higher camps, and their salary, food, and equipment are included.
One porter per two members will carry their personal luggage. The expedition includes cooks and kitchen helpers at Base Camp. Staff wages, food, and clothing are covered in the package.
Medical and emergency rescue insurance is provided for all Nepalese staff. Satellite phones and walkie-talkies will ensure communication, and a fully stocked medical kit is available for emergencies.
12. Communication & Technology
Upon successful completion of the climb, members will receive a certificate from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation (MoCTCA), recognizing their summit of Mt. Ama Dablam.

The Nepalese visa fee is USD $125 for 90 days.

Costs for personal items such as telephone calls, internet, toiletries, battery recharge, hot showers,laundry, soft drinks, beers, and any alcoholic beverages (both during the trek and in Kathmandu). Soft drinks will be provided at base camp.
Clothing, packing items, bags, personal medical kit, and any trekking/climbing gear required.
Items such as soaps, shampoos, toilet papers, toothpaste, and any personal hygiene products.
Special filming, camera, and drone permit fees.
Internet services are not included during the trek and expedition.
